MATLAB CODE
I.
dicom2matlab.m Reads
DICOM images into MATLAB, zero pads to isotropic 1.4mm resolution, removes the
unnecessary parts of the FOV and saves them in a .mat file.
II.
quanT1.m Takes 3D brain images and
generates a mask for removing extra-cranial tissue.
III.
T1_reconstruction.m Reads in varying flip angle
data, generates T1 and PD maps and creates a synthetic image S0.
IV.
MT_reconstruction.m Reads
in varying offset freq. data, generates k and f maps. ( Needs lorentzian.m and mt_fit.m to run)
V.
lorentzian.m Computes
the super-lorentzian line shape for given offset
freq. and T2 value.
VI.
mt_fit.m Defines
the function to be minimized for the MT fit.
