Considering MTF50, noise and aliasing, Opponent image performed the best. However under bright conditions, Opponent image was saturated in luminance channel and due to this reason RGBW is a better choise under bright conditions. Anyhow, using RGBW CFA gave better performance than Bayer CFA for all metrics. MTF for various exposure values are given below.
