Random Choice Interpolation
Instead of calculating the mean or the median, the "random choice"
algorithm simply randomly picks as an estimate the value of a
neighboring pixel of that particular missing color. This algorithm is
implemented only for the purpose of comparison (of image quality and SNRs).
